The laboratory address is already filled in. Add the code from that certificate. No code, no post. A finished Freedom or Janoshik link goes into the registry immediately.

Failed results

If the laboratory has not published the failure yet

Freedom Diagnostics and Janoshik often leave a failed result off their public pages. The person who paid for the test can ask the laboratory to publish it. Attach the certificate and ask them to put it on the public record.

When that page is live, paste the code below. The registry posts from the laboratory link, so a company cannot file a result against a rival, and a certificate the laboratory never published cannot be posted here.

Names change. The number usually does not. Include the country code.
