US-based laboratory. Ships nationally. Endotoxin is $175, sterility is $150, and heavy metals are $100, and each of those needs another vial. Conformity is $50 a vial. Ten or more samples are 5% off. Twenty or more are 10% off. The laboratory has documented cases of vendors copying its certificate templates.
